Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this CE Smith 2 1/2 inch diameter wobble roller for roller bunks. This is designed to fit a half inch diameter shaft. Now, this wobble roller will replace a worn out wobble or rocker roller on your roller bunk assembly of your boat trailer. Now, wobble rollers like this are found on boat trailers that have a hand winch or a power winch to pull the boat up onto the trailer.
The rollers are designed to provide a minimum amount of resistance and allow the boat to roll up to the winch stand. And the way these rollers are mounted is supposed to help center the boat as well. Now, when you're replacing these wobble rollers on your boat trailer, there are a few key measurements to take before purchasing. First one is the roller diameter, which is gonna be measured outside to outside. So on this one, if we get a ruler, and we go diameter on this is gonna be 2 1/2 inches.
Next measurement is the roller width. And the width is gonna be from the shaft right here to here. So, not the exact roller but the including the shaft, and that's gonna be right at 1 7/8 inches. And then the last one would be the shaft diameter. In other words, the size of the shaft this will go onto is a half an inch.
Now, this roller is constructed of a black polypropylene. It is made in the USA. And again, the application for this is a roller bunk assembly with a half inch diameter shaft. But that should do it for the review on the CE Smith 2 1/2 inch diameter wobble roller for roller bunks..

These have worked very well. We installed these on the top of a livestock trailer sliding door, and they handle the weight and roll extremely easily.

Correct size, fits and works well
These match perfectly to the replacement rollers for my jet-ski trailer. The Arizona sun is brutal on plastic/rubber parts. So far the replacements from several years ago are holding up just fine.
